KRATZ Construction Management Service Company was started by Kenneth D. Kratz in January 2005. For 28 years Mr. Kratz has gained experience in all aspects of the design and construction industry.

Mr. Kratz worked for a prominent engineering firm for 12 years where he gained experience with civil, structural, and architectural engineering as well as surveying and structural steel detailing. He left the engineering firm to work for an architectural firm where he was a project manager in charge of contract document development which includes coordinating all design disciplines and code reviews.  

For the past fifteen years, Mr. Kratz has worked as a construction manager for Construction Management and Design-Build firms in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Massachusetts. With his commitment to quality, service and knowledge of both design and construction, Mr. Kratz was elected to work for such notable companies as The Baltimore Ravens Stadium, Manor Health Care, Coca-Cola Fountain, General Motors, Buckeye Pipe Line, Liberty Property Trust and GODIVA Chocolatier, just to name a few. Through his commitment to quality, two of his projects received the “ABC Excellence in Construction” award.
